What: The faces of the Oeteldonk Carnival: The evil clown. Although probably not meant to resemble a bad clown, the make-up used does make him seem somewhat evil.

Oeteldonk.

Oeteldonk
Where: Hinthamerstraat, ’s-Hertogenbosch Oeteldonk, the Netherlands.
What: Well, there come the troops… During four days each year, during the carnival, the city of ’s-Hertogenbosch ceases to exist, like most municipalities underneath the Dutch rivers. During these days it turns into the village called Oeteldonk.
