Stadsschouwburg.

A crowd gathers on the balconies of the city-theater (’Stadsschouwburg’) of Groningen for a show by Erik van Muiswinkel and Diederik van Vleuten, a cabaret duo.
Tales of two hairballs (3): Talk to the paw.

An old oak tree.

Where: Near the ‘Paterswoldse Meer’ lake, Groningen, the Netherlands.
What: The battered remains of an old oak tree (or is it?) continue to withstand all the storms mother nature throws at it.
Penge.

What: Airgead-sgaoilidh, Arain, Beer tokens, Boodle, Bread, Bucks, Cash, Denar, Denaro, Dibs, Diner, Dinero, Dinheiro, Doekoe, Dosh, Dough, Flappen, Geld, the Green, Greenbacks, Monnaie, Moneta, Mono, Nauda, Novac, Para, Paraja, Pecunia, Pegels, Pekunio, Peniaze, Pengar, Penge, Penger, Peningar, Pieni, Pingping, Pinigai, Poen, Quid, Raha, Salapi, Sheckles, Uang, Wang.
All these words mean the same thing: money. I’m off to spend some ‘penge’ in Copenhagen.
Relief in death.

What: After flying around all night, buzzing incessantly, relief finally came when this evil fly met its demise. No violence was used, it died a completely natural death. And no, there was no memorial erected on the windowsill it died on.
Ace of spades.
