Where: Groningen, the Netherlands.
What: Artwork, made from rust-like weathering steal, next to the Gerrit Krol Brug (formerly the Korrebrug) by Noud de Wolf. It’s functional art: it’s meant to prevent drivers from driving from the Ulgersmaweg into the Van Starkenborgh-cityquarter in an attempt to reduce the number of accident on the intersection.

Functioneel? Laten we hopen van niet, want het is net een tankval.
Kan zijn, maar als fietser vind ik het een duidelijke verbetering op de oude situatie.
