Where: Gasthuisstraat, s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands.
What: This gate leads to the ‘great guesthouse for the sick’, the second oldest hospital in the Netherlands.

Where: Magistratenlaan, s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands.
What: The lion guarding the traffic on the Magistratenlaan below and the travellers entering the ’s-Hertogenbosch Central Station.
Groningen in the mist.

Where: Kardinge, Groningen, the Netherlands.
What: Creepy when it’s the middle of the day and there’s still so much mist you can’t see past 30 meters.
Dreaming of an utopian Groningen.

Where: Grote Markt, Groningen, the Netherlands.
What: Some passers by wrote down their ideas on the future of the city and the province of Groningen. Some just took the opportunity for a quick nap.

What: The organisation New Grrunnen (New Groningen) placed 50 beds on the main square to allow passers-by to lie down an dream about an utopian Groningen.

What: When the carnival is over, and the last people leave the scene, all that remains is the confetti in the streets. A lot of confetti.
