Watergate.
Where: Herman Moerkerkplein, s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands.
What: View from the southern watergate of ‘Den Bosch’. This southern watergate is one of two watergates that are part of the first layer of the fortification of the city. The bridge leads to the gate of the guesthouse. The waterway, the Marktstroom, was split of from the Binnendieze that functioned as a canal around the city around 1200.
