Ladder to success.
Where: Winter Welvaart, Kleine der A, Groningen, the Netherlands.
What: The ship called Tromp was once a two-masted koftjalk. Currently it’s a floating heap of rust. A foundation has adopted it, and uses it in learn&work-projects to help the unemployed climb their ladder to success and get an education in ship-building. The ship is expected to be returned to it’s former glory by 2012.
