Taste of freedom.

Where: Amersfoort, the Netherlands.
What: A lemur pulls a plant just outside of his cage from the ground. Perhaps to try what freedom would taste like?
Toes.

Where: Scheveningen, the Netherlands.
What: My toes, cooling off in the water of the North Sea. And no, I’m not missing a little toe, it’s just shy and hiding underneath the sand.
Underwater Treasure.

Where: Scheveningen, the Netherlands.
What: Possible remnants of an underwater-city that a flock of manta’s built in their fish-tank.
Seize the night.

Where: Heineken Music Hall, Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Who: Meat Loaf and his band, the Neverland Express, who are on their ‘Seize the night’ tour. The silhouette shown on the right is Meat Loaf, waving his trademark red handkerchief. Although Meat Loaf is visibly and audibly rapidly nearing the end of his musical career, he was still able to put on an interesting performance.
Dune.

Where: A-Kerkhof, Groningen, the Netherlands.
What: Like every city that means anything, Groningen has a wide collection of churches. The medieval ‘Der Aa-Kerk’, built around the end of the 12th century (although the inscription above the door says differently), is named after the Aa-stream that was part of the moat around the city.
Jellyfish.

Where: Scheveningen, the Netherlands.
What: While some jellyfish try to climb the evolutionary ladder, others manage to get themselves caught and float endlessy through their fish-talk, looking for animal to annoy with their stingy tentacles.
