Endless Armada.
Where: Sail Kampen, Kampen, the Netherlands.
What: An endless armada arrives at a maritime event in the newly opened Zuiderzee-harbour.
The Easter-Bunny.
Where: Groningen, the Netherlands.
What: Once upon a time, a bunny was born that could lay eggs. And not just regular eggs, chocolate-eggs as well. The bunny quickly realised his weirdness and decided to hide all the eggs he laid, once a year, all over Western Europe. Except for the Netherlands, where a hare lived with the same problem.
Rubble.
Where: Korreweg, Groningen, the Netherlands.
What: I finally got a new bike. A definite improvement, being dependent on public transport really limits your options. Anyway, it’s the tenth bike in some three years - aptly named ‘Twelve‘ after the tattoo on the back of it’s frame (no, I don’t think naming a bike is odd at all) - so I’ll probably need another one by August. The scenery changed in the two weeks without a bike, one former school-building has been turned into a pile of bricks.
Colors of Spring: Pink.
Where: Emingaheerd, Groningen, the Netherlands.
What: Yesterday’s cosy little fire interrupted those fresh spring colors - there’s still a tad of pink.
Homeless Again.
Where: Langestraat, Groningen, the Netherlands.
What: Someone homeless found a new place to live next to a storage silo on the CiBoGa-terrain. For a while, anyway. Today his (plastic) bed went up in flames.
Colors of Spring: Yellow.

Where: Taken from the bicycle-bridge over the northern part of the beltway around Groningen, the Netherlands.
