Very Sad 2.
Where: Grote Markt, Groningen, the Netherlands.
Who: Theo Driessen of the band Diep Triest II. The name of the band translates to Very Sad, which is a hint to the type of music they play. The 2 is for being the second team of another band with the same name. They performed last night, on the evening preceding Queen’s Day.
Vedi Napoli E Poi Muori.
Where: Naples, Italy.
What: The quote ‘Vedi Napoli e poi muori’ - see Napels and die - is supposed to be originally said by Goethe. The imago of Naples has changed over the years, many believe it to be the modern-day mafia-capital of the world, causing this quote to have a more literal meaning. I didn’t meet any Cosa Nostra while there though.
Door To Another World.
Where: Underneath the entrance-doors of the Duomo di Napoli, Napels, Italy.
What: The cathedral of Naples is the primary church of Naples, and is dedicated to St. Januarius, of which the church houses a vial of blood. Standing underneath these entrance-doors you can see both the world inside the Duomo as the world outside it.
Nuovo.
Where: Naples, Italy.
What: Castel Nuovo - the new castle - is the symbol of the city of Naples, built in 1279-1282. It was created as a royal residence when the capital of the Kingdom of Naples was moved to Naples from Palermo.
Diary of a kittycat (7): Hypnosis.
19:19 Look deeply into my eyes. Keep looking. You’re feeling relaxed. Keep looking. You’re getting tired. Keep looking. You’re slowly falling asleep. Keep looking. You’re asleep. Keep look… er, nevermind. You are now under hypnosis. Every time I mew, you will give me a lot of attention. Ok. Meow! Meow! Meow!

10:59 I used the bed like a trampoline, lauched myself from it, bounced of the wall and grabbed the the top of the door. It does take some practice but being able to smell the ceiling is well worth the trouble. Now, where did that spider go?
