Temple Expiatori de la Sagrada Familia.

Where: Nativity-façade, La Sagrada Familia, Barcelona, Spain.
What: Construction of La Sagrada Familia is set to be finished by 2026, some 144 years after construction started in 1882. La Segrada Familia (which translates to -The Holy Family-) is the greatest project of Antoni Gaudi (1852-1926) and his intention was for it to be a temple of atonement - the last great sanctuary of Christendom. The Financing for building the temple completely comes from private donations and alms by the faithful and admirers of the project.

Pirineus.

Where: Pyrenees, Spain.
What: Nice view of the Spanish Pyrenees (Pirineus in Catalan), made possible by Transavia. The exact location is hard to tell, since I always fly with cheap-ass airlines that don’t provide an on-screen ‘this-is-where-we-are’-service, but it’s part of the province of Girona.

It’s alive!

Where: La Rambla, Barcelona, Spain.
What: Coin-activated living statues entertain the crowd along La Rambla. A lot of these street artists are lined up on La Rambla, most of them are pretty good at doing nothing at all.
