A Shark Tale.
Where: Emmen, the Netherlands.
What: A lemon shark (in latin: Negaprion brevirostris). One of five lemon sharks at the Emmen Zoo, all of which are female. In the wild it lives mostly around Florida and the Bahama’s and, less frequent, in the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico.
It is named after a lemon due to the yellow color their skin gets when the sun shines on their skin.
